Behind Corripped...

Hi, I’m Corina! :) I’m a personal trainer and (fun fact) an opera singer. I created Fit with Corripped because I know firsthand how frustrating it feels to struggle with body image, confidence, and doing all the right things without seeing the results you want.

I went from being called “a stick” in school to “that skinny girl with a belly,” and I tried everything - Yoga, Pilates, random YouTube workouts, whatever was trending on Instagram, without really understanding what worked for my body. I even joined the gym because, well… that’s what fit people do, right? Turns out, that wasn’t the missing piece.

What I actually needed was a program designed for my body, my schedule, and my life. Between a hectic routine and traveling for my singing career, the gym just wasn’t realistic. So I took everything I learned in PT school and built a training and nutrition approach that finally worked for me.

That’s exactly how I coach now. No random workouts or rigid meal plans - just a personalized formula that fits your time, preferences, and goals. Together, we’ll build a smart, sustainable approach so you can train for your frame, eat without restriction, and feel confident and at home in your body long after we’re done working together.
