How does online coaching work?
Inside the program, you'll have everything in my coaching app: your custom workouts, flexible nutrition guidance, and a way to track your wins. Every week, we connect to talk through your progress and make adjustments so your plan keeps evolving with you. Plus, I'm just a message away anytime you need guidance, encouragement, or a reality check - because you shouldn't have to do this alone.
What equipment do I need?
You will need two adjustable dumbbells. The key to getting results is progressive overload, meaning you will get stronger in time and be able to lift more - that's why we need to adapt and increase the weights in time.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary person to person, but most clients see and feel a difference within the first month or two - more energy, visible changes, and that "I'm actually getting stronger" feeling. This isn't about quick fixes. It's about building real, lasting change that sticks.
Most programs are one-size-fits-all. They don't account for your body, your schedule, or what actually works for you - which is why they stop working. My coaching is built around you: your goals, your lifestyle, and where you're starting from. And you'll have me in your corner the whole time, adjusting your plan and keeping you on track.

Definitely. This isn't about eating less or cutting out entire food groups. It's about learning what works for your body so you can enjoy the foods you love and still get results. No "cheat days," no carb-phobia, no unsustainable nonsense.
